Transforming Fear: A Homecoming to Power and Peace

Transforming Fear: A Homecoming to Power and Peace

There comes a time on the soul path when we no longer negotiate with fear.
We no longer shape-shift to make others comfortable.
We no longer contort ourselves into fragments just to avoid being seen too brightly.

There comes a time when we call back our power from every place it was ever given away in fear—
from every silenced truth,
every collapsed boundary,
every time we betrayed ourselves to feel safe, accepted, or loved.

That time is now.

Fear is not the enemy. It is a messenger. A gatekeeper. A distorted guardian trying to protect us in ways it no longer needs to.
When met with compassion and clarity, fear can become fuel for radical reclamation. It becomes the very path home to power.

For me, the sacred vibration of mantra has long been a key to transmuting fear.
One mantra in particular feels especially relevant as I write this:

Shante Prashante Sarva Bhaya Upasha Mani Swaha
Salutations to the great peace that pacifies all fear.

This mantra is a gentle yet profound invocation of peace—Shante—not just as the absence of fear, but as a powerful, stabilising force that restores harmony in the nervous system, the energy body, and the mind.
It invites us to lay down the armor, to soften the hypervigilance, and to become sovereign in our stillness.

Each time we chant this mantra, we are affirming:
I am not my fear.
I am the witness, the presence, the peace beneath it all.

A Practice for Reclaiming Power from Fear:

  1. Create Sacred Space – Light a candle. Sit with your spine tall. Breathe deep into your belly.
  2. Call Back Your Power – Speak aloud (or write):
“I now call back all my power from every place, person, timeline, and memory where I gave it away through fear. I reclaim my energy, my voice, my truth, and my presence. I am safe to be whole.”
  3. Chant the Mantra – Repeat the mantra 108 times if you can, or for as long as feels right:
Shante Prashante Sarva Bhaya Upasha Mani Swaha
Let the sound dissolve what’s ready to release. Let peace return.
  4. Close with Stillness – Sit in silence and feel your system recalibrating. Let this new frequency settle into your cells.

Fear may still visit—but now you know the way home.
Peace is not something you have to earn. It’s your birthright.
And your power?
It was never truly lost—only waiting for you to remember.
